We can often address the problems and issues that bank customers are unable or unwilling to solve on their
own to the higher authorities specially dealing for such cases. Any bank account holders can become the member
and can communicate to Association, their feedback and problems while dealing with banks. After consider the
complaints receive from customers we will talk to the concerned bank and through constructive challenge, we seek
to promote good governance and foster progress towards the solution. We work throughout India to help our members
and other customers to solve their problems/ grievances.
We seek to advance our mission of fair banking through our hard work and with the co-operation of renowned
professionals and programmes. It is common for our work to be at the national, regional and local levels,
either directly or with the heads of the particular state/district.
Association will organise seminars/ workshops to spread awareness in local public on different banking
policies so that they can easily do their banking at anywhere.
