The basic needs and rights of the Association are common.Every person connected to the bank has full fledged rights to have solution of any problem and transparent banking.
ABC's Purpose / Motive
1.1 The main purpose of Association is to create awareness of all the banks facilities, Code of Bank's Commitment to Customers, services of Banking Ombudsman & Right to Information Act amongst the general public and bank customers so that they can enjoy smooth banking with transparency and know their rights as well as duties.
1.2 Create a Nationwide network of Bank & Financial Sector Customers including individuals, organizations and institutions.
1.3 Evaluate banks and financial institution's working system.
1.4 Help the Bank and Financial Institutions & their customers through information dissemination and technology transfer and by developing and sharing resources.
1.5 Gather and support information through research or otherwise and build a knowledge bank for subsequent use of Bank & Financial sector and its customers.
1.6 Develop, implement, certify and disseminate the standards for the bank customer to avail facility of the Bank products.
1.7 Build networking, distribution and other channels or models of operation for the upliftment of the better Bank services to customers.
